Registration for the 2009 Annual SW/TX PCA/ACA conference will open on August 1, 2008. There will be two ways to register, but international attendees need to use web registration:


To appear on the Program, all attendees, including Area Chairs must register and pay registration fees using our online registration form by January 16, 2009. We accept VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover cards.


If payment is made using a personal check, money order or university/college check, make payment to: 2009 SWTX PCA/ACA and mail to: PO Box 34414 Houston TX 77234-4414. One-day group registration fees are available by contacting Dr. Ken Dvorak at: krdvorak@gmail.com.  If payment is made by check, add $20 for processing. Discounted registration fees are not available.




  • Register early and save time! Upon arrival, you can go to the advance registration line to pick up your materials, no waiting, no hassle!  

  • Official 30th Anniversary Name Badges must be worn at all conference events.

  • Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email) no later than December 15, 2008.
